What to expect in a Yoga Class

     • Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in                           • We teach people not posses

     • You do not need to be flexible                                                          • We use props to assist your posture

     • If new to the studio please arrive 15 min. early                               • All Postures have modifications to fit your level  

 Thursday: 7:00-8:15 pm, Unwind and Restore

 Saturday: 8:30-9:45 am, Yoga Basics

 Saturday: 10:00-11:15 am, Beyond Basics

 Sunday: 9:00-10:15 am, Yoga Basics


  1 Yoga Class: $20 for drop-in

  10 Pack: $170 ($17/class)

  20 Pack: $300 ($15/class)

  Private: $85/60 min. and $110/90 min.

 Saturday: 12:00-1:00 pm, Sprout Yoga for 4-8 year olds

 Saturday: 1:30-2:30 pm, Blossom Yoga for 7-13 year olds

Unwind and Restore

Allows you to unwind from a hectic day, and beneficial to help you sleep.  This practice involves 5 or 6 poses, supported by props that allows you to completely relax and restore while calming the nervous system.  Along with Pranayama (breath control) and  Meditation the practice will make for a soothing experience.

Yoga Basics

Build a safe, strong foundation for the basic yoga poses and series, including standing poses, preparation for inversions, twists, gentle back bends and savasana.  Supportive atmosphere to begin a regular Yoga practice.  This is a great class for beginers. 

Beyond Basics

General practice (varied from class to class) for all levels of students to improve flexibility and strengthen your entire body., incorporating the Great Yoga Wall.  


Teaches you easy to learn meditation techniques to direct your mental and vital energies to your heart center.  As  you calm your mind and release your ego your life will start to transform.
